At Mars The Label, we want you to feel confident in your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are free from makeup or fragrance marks.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
